Developing MyNHS - call for local examples of presenting data

On the 19 November 2014, Jeremy Hunt, the Secretary of State for Health formally launched MyNHS. This is a new site on NHS Choices where people can compare the performance of their local NHS hospital, their care services and their local authority with up-to-date information. It provides performance information to support transparency and drive quality - with the aim that making data about health and care services and outcomes transparent will help to drive up quality and create even better services.

The site is in development and the team want feedback on its content and presentation. As part of that feedback we want to highlight examples of how local authorities are already using and presenting data relating to health and wellbeing and social care for transparency and informing citizens, and to help local understanding of performance to support and drive improvement.

If you would like to share your examples of presenting data please add to the comments below or email philippa.lynch@local.gov.uk
