I get asked many questions that completely stump me.

Today's was something along the lines of "Many planning applications now propose deep balancing ponds to mitigate flooding / extreme weather - how should we properly assess these things for safety ?"

Does anyone have any useful tips / pointers ?

Is there anything newer or more relevant than the CIRIA suds manual from 2013 ?
