GovDifferent: transforming government by harnessing the power of volunteers

I am a LG Challenge 2014 finalist! Find out about my project, GovDifferent at Stand 16, Tregonwell Hall at the LGA Annual Conference 2014 on 8-10 July 2014!

I am very pleased to say that I am one of the four finalists at the Local Government Challenge 2014. The finalists are: Charlotte Breen- London Borough of Sutton; Jade Taylor- Central Bedfordshire Council; Graeme Kane- Mole Valley District Council and Si-Chun Lam- Coventry City Council.

As finalists, we are competing for a career-enhancing scholarship worth up to £10,000 from the Bruce Lockhart Leadership Programme, and we will be promoting the proposals from their stands at Local Government Association Annual Conference and Exhibition 2014.

My project, GovDifferent is about using the civic leadership of local government to harness the power of volunteers to improve and enhance public services.
