Following the success of previous years, the next edition of our Territorialis® Professional Conference will continue their modernization. Dedicated to all territorial senior executives, they will take place on 7 and 8 November, on the lands of the Regional Union Nord Pas-de-Calais, in Arras. Organised at the crossroads of reading the draft law on the civil service and the municipal elections of 2020, they will address current issues. This year, we have chosen the theme "Public services and citizens". Two debates will analyze the evolution of relations through the eyes of citizens and provide answers. Ten workshops will address topics that are dear to us, designed to answer the problems of our professions: professional equality, quality of life at work, artificial intelligence, new management mode expected by the government, finance, education, international relations, territorial organization. ..
Two other workshops, labeled "local pathways", will focus on the environmental and digital transition of territories, as well as on culture serving the territory. A strong moment will also be granted, in preparation for mobility and career changes, to accompany executives in anticipation of the "possible mercato" generated by the elections. This major event will be an opportunity for our members, to participate in the 79th National Congress of our Union, from Thursday 7 to Saturday 9 November (the details of the program will be communicated soon). Several convivial times will allow to continue the exchanges, in particular during a regional evening and the gala which will be held in the Louvre-Lens, privatized for the occasion.
